Very poor service, bland food. Never have had a great experience, but tonight will be our last visit.

Korbin was awesome! Staffing was terrible. 4 servers for a place like this is ridiculous. Thank you, Korbin - who was kind, positive and upbeat under pressure.

Food was fine, but service was absolutely terrible. Took 20 minutes to get our card back

We were here for dinner while on our trip to Iowa (we are from MN), we waited 12 minutes to be helped while there were about 5 servers just standing in the corner hanging out and talking. Then it took another 6-7 minutes to bring out 2 glasses of water. It’s just very disappointing and you make your customers not want to come back because of this! Food took forever to come out too! We refused to tip the server due to this. Hope you guys came do better.

Took my wife here for her birthday and was really impressed. I am so glad they got rid of the blue plate restaurant and put this here instead our waiter was very nice young man. The food was amazing. They have these pickle fries that are really good. Will definitely be going back

Literally the worse restaurant experience I've ever had and a staff/manager that has no idea what they're doing. Ive managed and ran a dozen restaurants with HIGH VOLUME and this staff couldnt work a wendys properly. Check my reviews, I have hundreds and this has to be the worst.

They obviously dont care. If you want futher feedback YOU LEAVE A EMAIL OR NUMBER. People notice the same generic response just showing all of your customers the lack of service you ALL provide. No wonder your safe is garbage

We decided to order burgers my wife got a mushroom and Swiss her favorite. The fact she had to dip it in ketchup to get any flavor out of the burger was sad. I got the meat Burger. A burger that came with bacon and pulled pork and brisket. Well it said it was brisket but it was the consistency of beef jerky I ended up taking it off the burger. I ended up leaving half the burger and I don't ever leave food being a hamburger lover. Are waitresses very nice but it would have been even nicer if you would have come back and refill our drinks which she never did. Looks like if we come to this casino again we're going to have to come Thursday through Sunday when the other burger joint is open.

The nachos were really good but they are really for 2 or 3 people. Maybe a family.

Shrimp appetizer and brisket sandwich were overcooked. Waitress never checked back for refills on drinks.

The restaurant was busy definitely glad i made a reservation. Server was really friendly and the food and drinks came in a timely manner. I will definitely go back again. The cheese fondu is amazing.

We ordered nachos and a hamburger. We ordered nachos without jalapeno's. They came with jalapeno's. We ordered the hamburger medium well done. It came back well done. Otherwise the ambience is great. The food has nice proportions. The nachos are really good. It is worth a visit when you are on the road.

This is just a dismal space, lined with televisions playing different things. The food came in generous portions but the wine was revolting and expensive. Eat somewhere else
