Burger King is a welcoming place with a pleasant aroma and friendly staff. The Ghost Pepper Frys might need some improvement, but the overall food quality is great. The team here seems to be happy and relaxed, unlike other Burger King locations. Despite some struggles with cleanliness and efficiency, the cooks work hard to keep things moving smoothly. The dedication of the kitchen staff makes up for some shortcomings in other areas.
The workers and the manager are absolutely amazing. They were able to remake an order that a customer had mistakenly messed up during the rush of lunch. They refused a tip and were kind to the customer until they left. The store looks very clean, and the furniture appears to have been recently replaced. They have all their Safe Serve certifications posted, which is uncommon in a fast food franchise.
The cashier is friendly, and the cook in the back does a great job. The restaurant is also kid-friendly, with coloring books, crayons, and a table to play checkers.
