The pretzel bites were so hard, I about chipped a tooth when biting in to them. The fries were just the opposite, soft and zero flavor. Culver's can't get here soon enough.

We went to The Drought House on wing night, and everything was great! The wings were delicious (as always), and our server Morgan did a fantastic job. Service was quick, food came out fast, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Definitely recommend checking it out!

We enjoy this place, especially their outdoor patio! It is covered and can seat quite a few people. Unfortunately they do not allow dogs on the patio. If they allowed dogs, we would be there a lot more often to support a local business.

I’ve given this place numerous tries. This past visit, we were one of the first to arrive. Took about 5 minutes for the server to approach us, even thought she was just at the bar chatting with the bartender. No smile, no friendly greeting. Clearly she didn’t want to be there.
Found a sticker from an avocado in my salad. When she came back, she kind of made a n offhand remark about their avocados usually not having stickers. I’m surprised she took 1/2 off the salad.
I’d rather drive out of Norwalk for good service, than continue to deal with issues here. Won’t be going back.

There have been some not so great reviews recently so I wanted to give my positive input on this restaurant. We've come here many times since moving here a couple of years ago.
Honestly... we love the drinks, love the food, and love the staff. We have never had an issue with anything and have come at various times throughout the day on weekdays and weekends. We don't wait long to be seated (once for a party of 8 including kids), and apps/food/drinks come out promptly. Restaurant and bathrooms are always clean; everyone is dressed professional. Live music on Saturdays is great. I personally have never had a bad experience and love coming here!
