Went today to get something to eat, chicken sandwiches were cold, significant others sandwich and sauce were ice cold and barely any meat on it. We live 5 minutes away. Never had an issue until today.

Shouldn't have to wait 35 to 40 minutes for your meal.
Drive through workers can't listen, the restaurant has been extremely slow every time I've visited, and it's so bad, people turn their cars off in the line. Going inside gets you no better as your captured by payment so you wait 20 minutes for fast food. Prices are WAY too high to have service this slow and bad.
