I went to the drive thru and they said it would be a 30 minute wait. They had 6 orders before me unless i had a pick up. Obviously not the employees fault but maybe get rid of the drive thru and just do pick ups 🤷🏻♀️

Takes over an hour for food to be delivered. I ended up canceling my order. Gave it another shot a few months later over an hour and a half food still not delivered. Not worth ordering from them insanely slow by the time the sandwich is delivered it’s soggy and been sitting for hours.

dude. i have gone here multiple times and i have gotten a slim jim with ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo and what not but JOSH takes in my order for a slim jim and all i get is just ham and cheese? and he says that the way it is but i guess i have been getting it “wrong” this whole time. it’s only josh that does it. i don’t get it

I’ve purchased several items on the menu since this location opened in Norwalk and the folks here have consistently done a wonderful job, in my experience. Both food (fresh, neatly prepared/packaged) and service (timely, courteous) have been fantastic each visit. The manager should be proud of this team and the products and service provided.
