dude. i have gone here multiple times and i have gotten a slim jim with ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo and what not but JOSH takes in my order for a slim jim and all i get is just ham and cheese? and he says that the way it is but i guess i have been getting it “wrong” this whole time. it’s only josh that does it. i don’t get it

I’ve purchased several items on the menu since this location opened in Norwalk and the folks here have consistently done a wonderful job, in my experience. Both food (fresh, neatly prepared/packaged) and service (timely, courteous) have been fantastic each visit. The manager should be proud of this team and the products and service provided. Manager couldn’t take a 100$ billPlus messed my sandwich up the night before!!! Turkey Tom asked no tomatoes and got cheese and onion on it instead like whattt???? I go in and asked who worked and for a manager and they all looked at me like I was wrong!!! Dude lit couldn’t explain to me or offer me a discount nothin!!!! Prolly should do drugs if you can’t functions bud plus no hair nets on facial hair or long greasy pony tails yuckkkkkk

Omg I was just in jimmy best service ever they made my sandwich perfect fast and it tasted so amazing and that manager guy with the pony tail is the most nicest guy ever and I love his pony tail I love that everybody is hygienic, clean and safe love this jimmy johns and they work so well as a team you can just see it and every time I have gone here they are Always so nice and do everything so well thanks for suggesting me to such a perfect jimmy johns @jasmine Galvan.

Very very slow. Waited 30 minutes in line of 3 people. I waited forever for my order. Didn’t ask what chips we wanted. Overcharged us 19 dollars for a sandwich and drink and chips.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They delivered to the wrong house. Ok no big deal. An hour later we called they rushed the sandwiches out. Everything was wrong. We called to have them remade and the manager on duty was disrespectful, rude and combative. After waiting nearly 2 hours we had sandwiches that had next to no meat, missing ingredients and a manager who would not make anything right. Your making sandwiches not saving lives, whether your busy or not. Making excuses and telling off a customer because you made a mistake and refused to make it right is out of this world. The delivery driver was great. Apologetic and made sure we knew how sorry he was. You should look to have him train your manager on customer service.
Their new Salami Caprice is fantastic, hopefully they keep it.
