Ok I do t even know where to start. The old cranky guy behind the counter was literally yelling at customers when he didn’t understand the order. There is ZERO pop in the store. I asked for no mayo on my grilled chicken and it came with mayo. My husbands burger was so burned, he could t even eat it SAVE YOURSELF AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I feel like there has been very little maintenance don't on this place in over 20 years. I liked the diner feel, but the soda fountain was down, and there was crusty old food on the wall.
The food was sub-par. You can taste the old frying oil in the fries. Everything seemed to revolve around loose hamburger meat with no sauce. I found it hard to manage on a bun. The taste was definitely not worth the effort it took to eat.

I love Maid-Rite and those crispy crinkle fries. However, the pop machine didn't have hardly anything in it. If you're paying for a drink, I expect to have everything fully operational. You can do better.

I go for the Tuesday specials that they have advertised. Well i drove 30 mins for my usual Tuesday visit only to find the special was not being sold that day. I didn’t get lunch, i guess call before you go because you can’t rely on if what is advertised is being served. Ive been coming here on tuesdays for months. Pretty let down about it

I love to support small business owners. The entire process from the moment we entered was, plain and simple, outstanding. I live about 140 miles Away but I always find time to visit and get a really good meal! If you go wrong here, you must've had a bad chaw of tobacco. . . .

good was good, but it was just dirty. I'm not meaning to sound like an absolute nerd, but people were taking our trash and walking in not washing hands, people with long hair were without hair nets, and the fanblades were caked in dust. Not to mention the vents, which were covered in mold.

Since the new owners took over, it's disappointing. The maid rites were dry and had no flavor. The service person didn't act like they wanted to deal with the customers. There was yelling in the kitchen. I will try one more time, but if it's not any better, then I will be done.
