I go through the drive thru every morning for my 2$ breakfast sandwich. I am always greeted friendly and quickly. They do make little mistake here and there, but if you let them know next time when you go through, they always wanna make it right. Be patient. Be understanding. The people behind the counter are humans, not robots.

The new chicken strips are not worth it. Nothing close to their McCrispy Chicken sandwich. As always, some of the best fries. Also kitchen staff may want to watch what they are hollering at each other. Not the best conversation to eat by.

Went to get lunch today and ordered a big mac and mcdouble. The person making sandwiches doesn't care if they throw the sandwiches and they come out smashed and not even put together correctly. I don't want a smashed up mess that this person feels is presentable. The person bagging attempted to say something but the person making the sandwiches got an attitude on her. Do better Norwalk.

you motherflippers forgot my flipping sauce on my flipping spicy mccrispy and now its a NOTHING MCCRISPY anyways i want u to know HOW DEPRESSED i am. i mean how are you going to put my food in this stupid mccrispy back with a big flame print on it and then the food comes out with nothing to its name. this spicy mccrispy was made with hate. i cried today. also extra pickles = 3 instead of 2? do you want me to kms?????

Go on weekends sometimes. Only complaint I have is items get forgotten. Sometimes it's a whole sandwich, or sometimes if I order a big breakfast with hotcakes it's missing the jelly, butter, etc. Don't mind that because i have silverware and things at home, but I'm sure they forget with other people as well. Drive thru order taker always gets everything right, the flaw is somewhere up front.

They gave us breakfast cheeseburgers instead of sausage mcmuffins lol so mcmuffin bread with burger patty and cheese. Not bad but crazy way to start the day.
Helping daughter with moving. She doesn't have a coffee maker and I was needing some coffee.

They can't get a drive thru order correct more than half the time. My order was correct when I paid for it and then I proceeded to the next window and was told I was getting what I paid for when handed my drink. I then drove home and surprise! Not my order. The phone number on my receipt goes to a fax machine. Well that means another trip to this place on a different day for free food. I have my receipt and the tag on the bag I was handed showing the order numbers don't match nor the items on each are a match. It's not that hard, but they likely don't even care!

But I've come here 3 days in a row, the tables aren't cleaned even when the place is empty, the floors are sticky, they've forgotten something with my order each time they bring it out, they can't seem to figure out that the table number refers to the table that I'm sitting at, and when you do get your food you can see that they are great at making a simple job look difficult. Overall I think that if they spent as much time and energy keeping the place clean, preparing food, and satisfying customers as they do making loud and obnoxious outbursts like it's just a day out with friends, they'd avoid most of these issues. Love McD's, but this is one of the worst crews I've seen/heard.

This McDonald's is horrible I order a meal and ask for a small drink and when I pull to the window I ask the cashier did she get a small drink on that order she "stated" the small and the medium are the same price "which we all no it is not" so she said would you like me to change it to a small "I said yes"then she ask would you like a recipe" I said yes" she then give me my card and hurry up and run to the front with receipt in hand so I pull to the second window still inquiring about my receipt BECAUSE I JUST KNOW SHE CHEATED ME .. 5mins later the second teller come back with receipt and 2 dollars and some change in hand so I politely ask for a refund so I give back my card and she then come back with my card and a receipt that say refund so fast forward 2 days later I call the McDonald's because I didn't get my refund the manager tell me that I need to drive all the way back to the McDonald's in norwalk ia and show her my bank statement so she can see that I didn't get the refund this place lack accountability so I will be dispute that charge
