Sometimes they can be super slow, other times they can be super quick; depends on who is working. Usually the 6-7PM shift is quick but the 10AM shift is super super slow!! Usually always gets my food right and always includes sauces and straws. The workers are kinda rude sometimes tho, rude looks, and don’t talk much. One worker in particular seems to not care for his job nor the customers.

The only thing they got right was what I ordered!However, all my food was old. Obviously been sitting in a tray for a while. My fish was dry and hard. My McDoubles were just thrown together and cold! And I am not sure what the fries were exactly. This was very disappointing. And hardly any condiments. I like proportioned food. I’m sure most do! I am not sure why the food cannot be made fresh. This is a continuous problem!

This is a nice looking building in a good location. Ordering at the kiosk was easy. Food arrived in a timely manner once the order was placed. Server wasn't overly friendly ... seemed like she was just doing her job. Soft drink station could have used attention as it was messy. Burgers were good ... fries were just ok ... warm, not hot and maybe the oil needed to be changed. Overall, it was an average visit.

I go through the drive thru every morning for my 2$ breakfast sandwich. I am always greeted friendly and quickly. They do make little mistake here and there, but if you let them know next time when you go through, they always wanna make it right. Be patient. Be understanding. The people behind the counter are humans, not robots.

The new chicken strips are not worth it. Nothing close to their McCrispy Chicken sandwich. As always, some of the best fries. Also kitchen staff may want to watch what they are hollering at each other. Not the best conversation to eat by.

Went to get lunch today and ordered a big mac and mcdouble. The person making sandwiches doesn't care if they throw the sandwiches and they come out smashed and not even put together correctly. I don't want a smashed up mess that this person feels is presentable. The person bagging attempted to say something but the person making the sandwiches got an attitude on her. Do better Norwalk.

you motherflippers forgot my flipping sauce on my flipping spicy mccrispy and now its a NOTHING MCCRISPY anyways i want u to know HOW DEPRESSED i am. i mean how are you going to put my food in this stupid mccrispy back with a big flame print on it and then the food comes out with nothing to its name. this spicy mccrispy was made with hate. i cried today. also extra pickles = 3 instead of 2? do you want me to kms?????

Go on weekends sometimes. Only complaint I have is items get forgotten. Sometimes it's a whole sandwich, or sometimes if I order a big breakfast with hotcakes it's missing the jelly, butter, etc. Don't mind that because i have silverware and things at home, but I'm sure they forget with other people as well. Drive thru order taker always gets everything right, the flaw is somewhere up front.

Great employees who never fail to make my burgers the way I like them! I'm not a huge fast food person, but my son loves it. He usually gets his burgers plain and they always accommodate.

They gave us breakfast cheeseburgers instead of sausage mcmuffins lol so mcmuffin bread with burger patty and cheese. Not bad but crazy way to start the day.
