Last night December 2 they were very busy. There is a woman that works there that was amazingly polite, my order was great but while I was waiting because I was early the way she handled every customer was so professional. One of them was very upset, until she came out and spoke to him, made him happy and even joked with him. It's not the stores fault but I really wish the app was more accurate bevyas everytime we order the times do not match up.

I hadn't had Pizza Hut in years, it's not the same as the pizza hut I remember as a kid with the book it rewards. Pizza took maybe an extra 10 minutes longer than quoted but they were busy and quality was 10 out of 10 Pizza Hut pizza a few notches above little C's but a few notches below some of non chain pizza joints. Good overall ?

i used to not like this location so much because i would either get cold pizza or get the wrong stuff. decided to try them again last year and have gotten correct and hot orders since. can finally say i recommend norwalk pizza hut.
