Our family went today for a late 230ish lunch….the food was still coming out fresh, the staff was great, they raved about the Cookie cake and only thing they wished they saved room for was the ice cream 🍦

The food was great however it was definetly a strange expierience. Loved our bus boy Carter, he made the experience super enjoyable and made sure to check in with us to clear plates several times. Carter made me and my family feel very welcome and taken care of. My little brothers also spilled drinks and made an overall huge mess, but Carter was right there with us to wipe it up, without complaint. In all the dining expieriences I've had, never have I found an employee that was so helpfull and commited to his job as Carter was. He made it a great expierience. However, we did overhear some managers gossiping and bad mouthing their employees right in front of us. This was very strange considering all the employees were doing an exeptional job. The managers gave us a very strange impression, and I especially did not appriciate their hostility, thats my reason for the review. Overall, the great food, and exelent service from Carter made up for the unprofessional managers.

Norwalk Pizza Ranch was wonderful tonight! lots of very attentive staff, they kept the buffet stocked, and we had a great time in the FunZone after dinner!!

Food was great, loved the buss boy very kind and cleared plates fast. Helped clean our spills as well! Hahaha oppsies!!🤣However, manager man was yelling at his employees in front of us, very unprofessional. Made the atmosphere uncomfortable and felt bad for the employee.
