Service was so terrible. This guy yelled at my sister for not being close enough to the window. Shes new to driving and was her first time going thru a drive thru. He gave her the stuff closed the window then opened and yelled “next time you need to be closer to the window” super rudely. Mind you she was not far from the window at all. I normally wouldn’t make a review but what the heck. Don’t work in the service industry and yell at young kids. Very rude.

Brews seem weak at this location. 3rd time trying and disappointed and money wasted for the 3rd time.. oen trying. Mahalo is the better choice in Norwalk.

Their green straws are really crappy. They suck but not in the way that they're intended to suck. I'd rather club a baby seal than consume another product with their paper straws.

Very slow. No one let us know when our order was ready. One was put on the mobile side and cool when we found it. One order for a regular decaf coffee didn’t get made until one of us went up to check, when it was ready it was cold and grounds were floating on the top. She asked for her money back. There seemed to be plenty of girls behind the counter and there was one other couple in the building. Didn’t see many cars go through the drive-thru. Apparently they need more training.

This is exactly what I messaged my wife right after lol- Walked into Starbucks, two girls just wide eyed looking at me and I said hey how’s it goin. They both say nothing. I just stair at them. Then ask you gonna say anything? Still nothing, so I just ordered lol. First thing she said was they’re out of cold brew. After the manager told her right next to her infront of me. So I was like… yeah I heard her lol. I’m just bamboozled by the service here.
