So excited to have a Starbucks in town when we visit! However, twice in 4 days I was given a deformed cup so the lid did not fit. Instead, coffee split everywhere. Please check to see the lids are secured correctly to the cups. Thank You!
Customer service is great. A mistake was made on my drink (added lemonade to a drink that I asked for no lemonade). I didn't know until I got to work. I called in because i couldnt drink it and wasnt aire what the policy was for a refund or soemthing, and they offered to fix it. I came back the next morning (just now) and they were completely friendly and remade the drink.
