their sandwiches are 5/6 dollars more expensive than any other subway location in the des moines area and wouldnt give me a receipt. the quality of the ingredients were lacking, lettuce was brown, vegetables looked old. they looked like they had been raided, only one or two flavors of chips, the refrigerator was empty

Ordered through the app and didn’t get the correct size sandwich neither of the toasted sandwiches were toasted. Got the wrong cookies as well didn’t notice until after I drove all the way back to the store to get the right size toasted sandwich! Phone number is disconnected as well.

Store is gross with uncleaned tables and food bits all over the floor which does nothing to help with all the flies. Sandwich was wrapped half way leaving one end open and they over charged before asking for a tip. Check your receipt, watch them make your food, and bring something to clean your own table.

Staff was preoccupied and unfriendly. Asked what we wanted on the sandwich.then didnt listen so had to repeat. Too busy micro managing the cashier who seemed bored and bothered with us. The whole experience was terrible and Im sorry i chose them for dinner, wont be back and sorry i tipped.

Employee was openly hostile towards me, and ended up being waiting upwards of an hour for an ONLINE ORDER, just unacceptable customer service. Go to Jimmy Johns instead and save the headache

Be advised. My wife stopped here, and she bought me a sub combo. They automatically charged for a tip. There was no option as to how much of a tip. It was figured in.
I don't mind leaving tips, but I should be able to choose the amount.

I asked for double tuna on my footlong sandwich and I paid for that but when I got home, the sandwich was all bread & veggies, tuna was probably the amount they put on a 6" sub. With the silver tray up in front of the meat choices, you can't see that they're not preparing your sandwich as you requested it. Plus, I ordered a protein bowl and didn't get nearly the meat on it that other Subways put on it. Definitely won't be back! I will drive out of my way to go to a different Subway location.

Extremely down hill and there is one employee that's always there when we go if we ask for extra stuff he seems to give less, also doesn't change his gloves as often as he should as well as squishing the sandwiches when he wraps them. Definitely wouldn't go here if it wasnt the closest one

Took a sample of the new ghost pepper bread, it was hard as a rock, the girl looked up there then looked at girl in kitchen smiling. It was probably out for days and they chose to laugh and keep smiling at each other and not say a word to me. Horrible professionalism
