Not going to say which employee, but come on some organized service not much to ask.
Fresh bread a plus.
Thus was by far worse sandwich ever.
The monster.

I walked in and ordered a foot long the Philly which has double cheese. I got one scoop of meet for a whole foot long and when I asked about it the lady said no that’s what it’s supposed to be, then she gave me cheese and I said it comes with double right? And she said no. Then I get to the end to pay and she charges me 4 dollars for a combo for one cookie and a small drink when it says I get 2 cookies, I asked about it and she said no it’s just one and the menu is wrong. I ended up getting charged $19 for a foot long that had nothing on it and got cheaped out of the combo. Last time I come to this Norwalk subway.

Great location and staff make very neat sandwiches. Very good at following specific requests. This is important if you are picky about the neatness of your sandwich.

Canceled my order then made me pay again, also they didn't have any bacon along with pickles or many of their dressings. The lady also couldn't figure out how to wrap the sandwich

The sandwich was good, but $15 for foot long and $2.50 for a small drink plus tax? I could go to Johnny's Italian Steakhouse for lunch and spend the same amount.

The Subway in Norwalk seems to be taking a turn for the worse. The building had not been cleaned as of late, the food bins were either empty or looked like the food had been out for too long, and the workers were not tidy. This is too bad.

I can see why the reviews are so low at this location, as it's not just me! Why can't a sandwich be made correctly from what is ordered?? We ordered 4 sandwiches and out of the 4, only 2 were made correctly. I sent a message (comments) to subway, and supposedly the owner sent me a message saying they were sorry and would have a talk with the staff so this doesn't happen again... Well.., the staff must not be receiving there "talk" from owner, as the workers still can't get the sandwiches correct! I even asked owner if she could replace just the 2 sandwiches that they got wrong, since I even paid for the extra (bacon), but she never acknowledged me, and now I see why there reviews are so low, and why another review said they were going to Jimmy John's!, and I agree, I'm done giving subway any more chances.....Below is the message I received from this subway location:I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and to extend my apologies for the less than ideal experience that you had in my restaurant.I understand that my staff’s behavior during your visit did not meet your expectations. They're pretty cheap with the toppings compared to other Subways. Jimmy John's is across the street, and they actually put a decent amount of toppings on their sandwich.
