4 employees. We were the only customers in Villagio. Informed no c/c, only cash or check. Pd w cash, couldn’t make change. No gloves being worn. Long hair not pulled back (leaning over food and preparing it). There was a tv but they didn’t know how to turn it on and didn’t know where the controller was.Food was “ok”. Would not recommend and will not return.

Very much enjoyed dining there. Very attentive staff. We had sandwiches and they were amazing!

My food was not as good as in the past. My cavatelli tasted fermented. Our party ordered well after another table and got our food first after a long wait. I felt bad for the other table.

Incredible food! They use fresh ingredients. Very friendly staff every time we've visited.

This place was so good! Prices very reasonable and portions are very big.

Where do I begin? I dined here around 6:00 pm on a Saturday. They were out of multiple items on the menu. What they did have was served without the side salad that was supposed to be included, which after everything else was a drop in the bucket. What did bother me was the fact that the food was cold and not fresh. Also the youngsters working were more adept at foul language than food service. Women's toilet would not flush and there were at least 3 tables that were not bussed.

If you haven't tried this place yet in Norwalk you need to. Such wonderful food. Their pizza is awesome also

Good food, and they have a special on Thursdays for baked cavatelli! Order at the window and seat yourself. Try the garlic focaccia bread! It's amazing!

This place was good when it forest opened but has taken a turn. Portions were pathetic and food was burnt. Order was wrong and overpriced.

Good pizza and Sammy's. Love this place!!! My opinion best pizza in town. It's an old school type tavern pie.

We have been going to Villagios since they opened. We have continued to go since the new owners took over. I haven’t been in a few months because I have been out of state but back home and was excited to order again. I ordered the Cavetelli special last night which is always our favorite. The meal was delicious but they have changed the recipe for the Ranch salad dressing and neither my daughter or I liked it. Needless to say we were very disappointed. The Ranch there has always been a favorite and one of the reasons we would get the special on Thursday nights.

I come to Norwalk 20 to 30 times a year for work and this place has absolutely become my favorite place to eat over the years, the food is so amazing that I struggle to decide what to order, id say the absolute must haves are the sausage sandwich (its so big that it could fill 2 people up and its only 7.50!) And the garlic focaccia bread with cheese. I grew up in a bakery and I can just taste the fresh homemade taste in all of there breads, it's amazing. The employees have always been above and beyond awesome too, I've eaten here at least 15 times and haven't had a single experience that wasn't exceptional.

Got there at 8pm on a Friday night. Sign says open, door says open until 10pm, website says open until 10pm, open sign was lit and door was open. Walk in and the place was FILTHY, not a clean table and they tell us they are closed? Umm okay.... Not even a mention on their FB page they are closing early. Not a good way to do business.

The kids running the place were having such a rough night. Absolutely swamped. Turned into an hour wait due to an order mix up (someone else ended up with our meal). Once we got our food, it was very good. I'll definitely go again.
