“Toaster is broken and can't get toasted subs, so meats and other items were thrown into plastic dishes and microwaved to be heated, but overall still liked how the sandwiches tasted”

“When you order something as simple as oatmeal through the drive thru and ask for extra apples and they can't even get that right you change your review from 5 stars for service to a 1 star”

“The food is absolutely amazing but the service takes this place to the next level. All of the employees are so kind and walk around willing to talk to everyone with a smile. We have absolutely no complaints about Costas, we have to keep coming back because they run out of prime ribs before we get there--our fault but one of these weekends we will make it there earlier than 7pm!”
