Ordered a large frappe, only got half of it…ordered a medium Diet Coke, only got half of it….ordered THREE cheeseburgers ALL with NO pickles and NO onion…got pickles and one burger had onions too. Ordered a large fry, not even close to completely full. Sorry there aren’t more pictures. Anyways, for the Diet Coke, I asked the guy if he could maybe fill my cup to the top. He scoffed (kid you not) and said “this is the amount of pop we give when you get light ice.” Okay… so I have been ordering light ice for probably 7 years now… I have never had that issue. I could literally go in and fill my cup…so why couldn’t they?? I couldn’t believe his disbelief for wanting my drink full. Hello?? Btw- WORST Diet Coke I have ever had and McDonald’s is usually my go to for Diet Coke! It was so bad I spit it out. Not to mention the taste of everything else was definitely off. Left an awful immediate bad aftertaste. My frappe was also gross. I’m not sure how you mess up this bad. My husband wanted to take me to my favorite fast food restaurant for our 3 month anniversary. I spent all day cleaning and the only thing I ate today was a little piece of chocolate…so I was starving! Spent almost 30 dollars tonight (not entirely all for me) and not one thing seems to have been right. I refuse to go back and ask for a complete meal replacement because how can a place get an ENTIRE order wrong! I’ve NEVER had a problem until now and I’m fed up! I loved McDonald’s but tonight was ridiculous! I don’t know if I’m going to go back again. Thank you to Oelwein McDonald’s for a very memorable 3 month anniversary. :( VERY disappointed!

3 year update: still awful. Shouldn't even been an establishment still. Awful. No-one was talking. No orders were named off. There was a cut up pill on the table where we were eating.

When you order something as simple as oatmeal through the drive thru and ask for extra apples and they can't even get that right you change your review from 5 stars for service to a 1 star

Waited in drive through from 10:40-11 pm just to receive Luke warm fries that seemed like it they were cooked in oil that was not hot enough, a rubbery crispy chicken sandwich which we were told was just cooked, it was barely even warm, and the person at the second drive through window who was a manager didn’t even seem to want to deal with any of this, this is not the first time we have had issues with this specific manager, she does not seem to care about her job or the quality of the food what so ever, she didn’t even say hello or anything just put the food out the window, the lady at the back window did amazing and was very helpful and understanding.

Went there today for lunch several cars in both drive through lane I went to place order I was told to back out of lane and use next lane I tried to tell them I couldn’t but they wouldn’t answer back I had to get out of my car and tell the 6 other cars to back up

listen this place has always messed up my food no matter how specific i get with it. my friend is allergic to onion and they never look when putting burgers together and they said tonight 3/19 8:45 that i would have to drive back in the snow that’s freezing down to get my 2 small kids fries because they had messed it up and i have been to others that would have said sure come on tomorrow and we will replace those fries. this place deserves none of my respect… this place sucks ngl to you. Manager at night completely disrespectful.

If I could give this McDonald's zero Stars I would. First starters let's see here I have an onion allergy we had ordered two double cheeseburgers no onion with extra pickle they proceeded to put onions on my sandwich and then when we went in to go get it fixed the dude behind and the kitchen was laughing saying that if it didn't say no onions then they're getting onions when we very clearly even on the receipt said no onions. Tonight we go through we order two kids meals and then a bunch of other stuff and they did not give us our fries for the kids meals we called them and the lady on the phone proceeded to be rude and tell us that they could not give us our fries if we did not come back in tonight even though there is ice on the road. Was very rude and very disrespectful will not be returning.

Ask for 2 cheese burgers with only cheese nothing else on them and we get everything but cheese on them and it took 15 min. Couldn't figure out how to put a shake on a meal instead of a soda so I just got both. Very Incompetent
