This is the first time I have been back to Pizza Hut in Onawa for a while. The service was going down hill and this made it awkward to eat there. This afternoon we had a great waitress who was more than competent in taking our order and was friendly and efficient. We then had another gentleman who was upbeat come around and check on us. Love their pizza!! But I love that they still have their famous white sauce!
A little run-down, but server was awesome and the food fresh and hot!

Pizza Hut in Onawa is a great place for tasty food and friendly service. The breadsticks, especially, are made to perfection, and the white sauce is just as good as before. The taco pizza and breadsticks are popular choices, and the staff, including the helpful server, provide excellent customer service. Customers appreciate that the restaurant offers vegetarian options like veggie pizza, which can be customized by removing unwanted vegetables, and gluten-free options for those with dietary restrictions. Even when an order was accidentally made wrong, the staff apologized and made it right by offering a free breadsticks. The atmosphere is casual, and the overall experience makes it worth the drive, even from Omaha. Thanks to the management and staff for keeping the standards high at this Pizza Hut location.
