I ordered a Frisco Chicken sandwich to go. I was told to pull up because they were waiting for the chicken to cook and when I got home I open up my sandwich and it’s a frisco burger. Stuff like this happens too much at this Hardee’s. I will NOT be going back. Incompetent workers

Wow....I really don't know what to say. I know that Hardee's doesn't have the best reputation for being fast, but we ordered a to go order, and it took 30 minutes to get our order. I get it. There is a worker shortage, but they were not busy and there were 2 workers. One taking orders and one working in the back. Not only did it take a long time to get our food, but a couple of the wraps we ordered were labeled wrong. Hopefully they get this fixed.

The service here is horrible. Staff treats customers as if we are making an inconvenience to there day and I seen the same treatment every time I have stopped here for food. I'm a truck driver and it's not possible to get the truck in the drive through. I've been treated like a vagrant when ordering food at the window outside and it's disappointing. Without truck drivers this place would not exist. Who do they think brings them the product they sell and this is how we get treated.

The lady at the drive through always seems like she hates customers; every time we’ve been to Hardee’s in town she never reads my order back, never tells me my total, just stands there waiting for me to give my card. Other employees do these things, so it must just be her? It’s happened several times with the same person. Also never gives napkins or a receipt with the food.I don’t see a point in coming here anymore, food is good, but the energy from her is just blatantly rude. There’s better places to eat for around the same price.I’d love to give 5 stars if service improves. But feeling like a burden when I’m just trying to support a local business is wild to me. I know this location can do better….

They will ABSOLUTELY accept your DELIVERY order, CHARGE you a delivery fee, then act completely clueless that it was a delivery order, and like it's your fault for not knowing that they don't deliver even though they are listed as DELIVERY and ACCEPT DELIVERY ORDERS. Then, after giving you attitude (and double charging you and not contacting you to let you know they don't deliver) they will absolutely NOT give you a refund. They'll just tell you, "well you can call my boss" like it's YOUR JOB to track down your own refund even though the onus lies ENTIRELY on the company itself to take responsibility for these issues. I don't run or even work at your company, ma'am!When it was all said and done, I paid OVER $50 for a double cheeseburger combo and a kids meal that was never delivered! OVER $50!!!

Food met Hardee's expectations. Staff was friendly and professional. But the staff also seems over worked. Only two employees present. Probably because the corporation doesn't realize in small town Iowa you have to pay more then average, because the farmers are paying people more for less work. If this Hardee's wants to stay in business they have to pay more people and hire more people.
