The restaurant was dirty. Part of the ceiling was falling down & it had black mold on 3 of the tiles, covering them, with more tiles blacked with mold. Food was inadequate!!

TERRIBLE service. Many times I have said “I will never go back there” just because of how rude the drive thru lady can be. The young man that works there is the only reason why I decided to go back but after today’s experience I will NEVER go back. It was so bad that I apologized for the inconvenience of me showing up in the drive thru since I completely ruined her day, to which she just closed the drive thru window. Honestly didn’t even eat my burger because I didn’t trust it. Not sure if she’s a manager or owner but she’s been there for quite some time. Hopefully she will find a job that better suits her so she can stop living so miserably and making people feel like an inconvenience by simply coming to get food.

We were told this Hardee’s is leaps and bounds better than the one in Le Mars by several family members. Stopped here twice while we were in town for a family event. When we stopped to get a burger for lunch on Thursday in the drive thru, staff were friendly and the burger was very good. We were impressed. Went back Saturday morning to get breakfast sandwiches for four people. (4 total sandwiches) There was one person running the entire show. Drive thru, counter, and kitchen. Mad props to the worker for getting it done but mind boggling to have only one person trying to run the whole show. If ever in the predicament again it would generous to let drive thru customers know there is an extended wait due to staffing as it would get heavily backed up. I would stop here again if in the area.

They cater nicely to the group of men that meet there for breakfast and to just sit back and chat. Can’t speak highly enough about the staff.

So today I went to this location asked for a double star asked to hold the onions and pickles o was on my 30 minutes break from work so I get to work took a bite and to my surprise yes I taste onions and pickles I was disgusted

Food was good....just a bit heavy on the mayo. No biggie.... I'll get easy mayo next time. The curly fries were hot and the ranch, was chilled too.... perfect combo.

I ordered a Frisco Chicken sandwich to go. I was told to pull up because they were waiting for the chicken to cook and when I got home I open up my sandwich and it’s a frisco burger. Stuff like this happens too much at this Hardee’s. I will NOT be going back. Incompetent workers
