Gone are not only the days of the $5 footlong, but the footlong sandwich, and quite frankly the entire Subway franchise. The new toasted sub available at Jimmy John’s has absolutely changed the game. The two team members sold me on the “toasted” alternative course of action for my sub and I will never look back. Do not hesitate when making your decision as to which sub shop is the best stop when driving through Orange City.

I was given the wrong sandwich. Instead of taking responsibility and trying to resolve the situation, I was told ‘unfortunately there’s nothing we can do.’ Very disappointing I had to pay for a sandwich I didn’t want. No plan on ordering from them in the future.

Always impressed with the speed and the kind service. They accidentally made my order wrong and they replaced it with a brand new sandwich and delivered it free of charge. I come here quite often and totally recommend. I also have the rewards app and it’s amazing! I constantly get deals and free items off the app.
