I was given the wrong sandwich. Instead of taking responsibility and trying to resolve the situation, I was told ‘unfortunately there’s nothing we can do.’ Very disappointing I had to pay for a sandwich I didn’t want. No plan on ordering from them in the future.

Always impressed with the speed and the kind service. They accidentally made my order wrong and they replaced it with a brand new sandwich and delivered it free of charge. I come here quite often and totally recommend. I also have the rewards app and it’s amazing! I constantly get deals and free items off the app.

Portions were small. Bacon was cold because the tomatoes were frozen. They messed up my order and we aren’t from around here so when we were already out of town is when I found out so I couldn’t eat it. Didn’t give us silverware when we ordered salads and like I said, not from here so couldn’t eat them on the drive.

So glad this was added to OC’s fairly limited selection of fast(er) food options, especially for someone like me who has to avoid gluten.The “unwich” option tastes fantastic and, they double-wrap it so that it’s super convenient when eating on the go. Many thanks to the person who thought of that.Delivery is fast. The app is simple to use and is helpful for tracking reward points. Props to making it super user-friendly.If in the store, the playlist is typically fire and on brand with other Jimmy John’s, and it’s a fun vibe where you can eat a sandwich by yourself and not feel like it’s a total tomb that will echo with every bite of your sandwich.

Speed is on another level compared to any other restaurant. Got my food before I was even done paying. Very friendly environment. Most definitely my first pick for any fast food restaurant around.
So thankful to have Jimmy Johns in OC. My experiences so far have been great. The service at the two Sioux County Jimmy Johns are on another level. Can’t wait to see how they grow & improve!

It's nice having another option in town. Food is good and fast, exactly what you would expect from a Jimmy John's. Store is clean and employees are friendly.Some other things you can expect: bring a pair of ear plugs and learn sign language so you can communicate with people that are with you. Music is too loud and makes talking with friends difficult. Ordering was even challenging as employee had hard time hearing me. Also bring your own napkins, as they do not give you one or put any out. If you ask, they will reluctantly give you a single one. Some of their subs are pretty messy... Kind of cheap behavior.Best to just get food to go. At least it's not Subway I guess.

First, they didn’t ask for my rewards. This has happened two days in a row and they didn’t know how rewards worked. The cashier was clearly not trained. Forgot my kickin ranch twice even after being reminded. Workers were rude both on Saturday and Sunday. I frequent Jimmy John’s regularly, the Sioux Center store has significantly better customer service than Orange City. They were really slow and I was the only customer. Hope this store can turn it around.

Order a basic sandwich add cheese, no L/T/M. Came up fast, as expected. Got outside to discover there was no cheese, and it had L/T/M. Went back in, explained, employee shifted blame to me but remade it. Got outside again, had cheese this time, no tomato, but still had Mayo and some lettuce. Ridiculous.
