Amazing people, legendary teams!

I can see how poorly run pizza ranch is run. Not one comment from corporate addressing customers. We pay your salary and keep your doors open and lights on so it might be better customer service if you actually respond to those taking the time to tell you issues. The store in Madison, SD is a dump. Starting with the facility the entire place needs a deep clean. If you go at night the staff will ask if you are done with buffet by 8 pm and they close at 9, so something tells me this place is mismanaged. If your establishment is open until 9 and im paying to eat i got that right. I saw some folks come in at 815 pm. The staff said the only thing coming out is what's on your buffet. This is a joke. So you basically are telling your customers take what's left. The ceo needs to be reviewing these reviews with franchise owners, dist managers etc.

I went to the Tea, SD drive through. My pizza was not ready so I paid and waited about 5 min. I paid with 2 $20 dollar bills. After returning home I received a phone call from the manager accusing me of not paying for the pizza. I told HER I gave the man at the windows 2 $20 bills. I told her to check withe her employees if they are not trust worth was her problem not mine

Just like to let you know there a head dish washer that's manger for washing dishes that likes to spit and farmers blow his nose on counter on dirty side by the dishwasher and when a dish is still dirty after it goes through the washer they use a towel to clean it off without sending thru the disher again at 41st in Sioux falls

Pizza ranch in Independence Iowa is horrible. All I was able to eat was mashed potatoes and gravy. There chicken that was there had no breading on it. Looked like somebody was taking bites out of it. Ordered CB and sauerkraut pizza it was horrible. Under cooked and barely any sauerkraut on it. I would really like my money back. If I don’t receive it I will never go to one of thise places again and will definitely let other people know to do thesame. What a waste of my time and money

I went to Pizza Ranch in Galesburg, Illinois on 11/16/24 at 4:45 PM with my daughter. We ordered 2 pizzas and I order thin sliced veggie pizza because that’s all I eat when I go there every time, my order came wrong with meat on it. I stayed calm and asked nicely for my order to be fixed, the manager told me that I looked just like those who go there to steal trays of pizza just like that. We paid for our food and we were racially profiled and stereotyped just because I nicely and peacefully asked for my pizza to be fixed. I do not eat meats, it is a shame on you Pizza Ranch to hire racist employees like Alyssa. The manager, Alyssa left with my daughter’s pizza and did not give her anything. We were stunned oh my Goodness! She left empty plates on the table we had nothing to eat. This happened in Galesburg, IL the manager’s name is Alyssa in red T-shirt a racist and disrespectful lady who only has bad work ethics and should not manage anything at all. This is a shame and should not happened to anyone.

Dose not offer any zero sugar sodas. Also ate at pizza ranch in plover,wi 11/10/2024 nobody else in restaurant was to eat chicken pizza on buffet had hot sauce so could no eat

FILTHY!!!!! Very unsanitary. Needs to be inspected and shut down.

Has anyone ever of gravy breaking and becoming water but if you heat it up it's supposed to thicken with my experience when it breaks down it's been too long for it and I need to be thrown away not reheated hoping that it will

Great people lots of help

I’m not a complainer however eating at Pizza Ranch in Hawarden Iowa the experience was disappointing. The lettuce on salad bar was brown smelled funny . My broasted chicken was not cooked pink and cold. It was busy and pizza choice was slim to none. I don’t mind paying for a buffet but this was not worth the price. Love Pizza Ranch’s I don’t think I can bring myself to eat at this location again. It could use a deep cleaning too .

We ordered chicken from Pizza Ranch to be delivered. When it wasn’t there after an hour and 15 minutes got called and they said no you said pickup. We said no we needed it delivered and all they did was argue with us and told us we had to pick it up and it was ready. Then in the background they begin to mock us and when I asked if that’s what they were doing it get real quiet and laughing. So my husband said he would pick it up if he could get fresh chicken because I’ve been sitting there a while. They said no and began to laugh again and hung up on us. We tried to call back three other times and then soon as they picked up her daughter voices they hung up on us. I have always love pizza ranch as of this moment I am done! I am making sure everyone I know around me does not go there either.

Thw sioux city location on floyed blvd is horrific!!! This place has gone absolutely downhill. I remember years ago having nothing short of thenbest family get together at pizza ranch but all of that has been reduced to a horrible, unprofessional heap of a dive.I received half of my delivery order which was around 100$, 1 hr late, cold and unacceptable.When I called to ask what happened, I was told they ALWAYS make sure the order is right when it leaves the store and I said "cool, yeah, that's great, but I'm telling you then what left your store isn't what came to my house!"I was then basically called a lair BY A MANAGER and hung up on. Absolutely horrible service here.

Council bluffs iowa location will swindle you and your whole family out of your money. No food at the buffet, no plates or silverware in sight, no working arcade games and no answers from management. Horrible location and by the looks of the reviews it's not the only one. Do yourselves a big favor and go someplace else with your family. This place shouldn't even be open for business with the quality of service they provide. But here they are robbing anyone in the community who doesn't know any better. This location used to be great but all i can say now is that Council Bluffs deserves better.

Hi there I am customer to pizza ranch for a couple of years today I came to one of your branch in Ankeny I really never think that this is how will be treated, here is what happened I am standing waiting for the line in the fun and games area to buys toys for kids so when came to the gentleman who work there there is two girls who by our sides and start talking to the guy over there so politely tell them both the customer and the employee that it’s my turn and kept ignoring me again I tell him sir is my turn but he kept going with the customer then when he saw arguing with him he told me talk to the manager when I went to the manager and came and then she talked I told her just kicking him out he is rude is this how you treat customer if this is how pizza ranch treats their customer I will never come back again and tell all my friends about this but I am sure this is not the corporate office value and I am sure this is not how pizza ranch responsible people please I need some feedback urgently otherwise I am going to complain so bad.Osman Atalmanan.
