Pretty freaking irritated with subway. Ordered last night for delivery because Google and the app both say they deliver. So I ordered food, it never came. They charged me anyway and then didn't give me a refund instead gave me the "owners email" which would send the email because it's not a real domain.

They always close way too early… their closing time is 9:30 and on multiple occasions that have the doors locked and are cleaning up around 9:15. Extremely annoying when there is not many food options around town

Accepts Apple pay! Typical Subway food. Staff was nice. Service was quick. Tables and floor was pretty dirty with food/bread crumbs.

I tried several times to place my order through the app rewards so I could take part in the Buy 1 Get 1 50% off ft longs. It would not allow me to pay for my order regardless of which card I tried to use. So I drove there and ordered in person and was told he couldn't honor the "special" because it was specific to the app only. Then proceeds to tell me that the employees have no knowledge of the app operations, that they aren't even trained. I paid for my order using one of the cards I tried using in the app. This young man was very polite and did a great job serving us. My gripe is with the company for lack of training and the fact that when the app malfunctions, there should be a way to honor the deals offered on there. I ordered 5 ft longs, 2 pretzel sticks and 6 cookies, over $80 after tip and I couldn't even use my rewards!! ?

Very displeased with this Subway. Came for a friends birthday and ordered a pizza, not a pizza sub. The guy who was making it put it on a wrap, not a round crust. He then proceeded to put sauce on only half of the flatbread until I told him it goes on both sides. He heated it for 30 seconds, not toasted like I asked. The girl than wrapped it when I never asked for it to be wrapped. Very unhappy with this experience. Wish I could put 0 stars for this..I wanted a pizza, not a pizza wrap. Please instruct your employees on how to make a pizza on a pizza crust not on a flatbread. If you dont have pizza available please tell your customers so they can change their order as they may want to change their order.

Workers were rude and lazy. Forgot to take someone’s sandwich out of the oven and held up the line because they didn’t know what to do about it. I left with a cold sandwich and one of the workers scraped the avocado out of an empty container instead of refilling it and made me pay extra.

I got there and there was a line of 10 at 8:00 and i was about to leave because of the long line. But I decided to stay and I was so impressed by the worker, Dylan. Even though he was there alone and there was a long line, he was calm as could be but still super efficient. The dude did amazing and he’s a great worker and I could tell that just during the short time I was there. Then carter came back in to help after being sent home already and he just jumped right in to help, no complaints. Basically, I would just like to say that it was a very positive experience and I want to shout out Dylan and carter for being amazing employees :-)
