This place is a great atmosphere and was very well cleaned and maintained ! The staff were kind and friendly. The food was done quick, hot and delicious! The burritos we ordered were stuffed full, and fresh. The potato oles were hot and fresh and just seasoned right! Will go there again!

Was served raw ground beef. We spoke to the general manager, Denny, to receive some sort of refund and had repeatedly been told that they “can’t do that as a restaurant” and that the ground beef is shipped to them precooked so it’s not their problem to deal with. I stated that they still chose to serve it and therefore would just like a refund and to move on. Couldn’t do a cash refund either. But said we could get 10% off our next meal. When I asked to speak with the owner, the general manager was quickly defensive and stated multiple times that the owner is his father in law and he would say the same thing. Asked for the owner, Shawn Nicholson, to call and he never did. This place is known to be sketchy, but thought we’d give it one more shot. Unfortunately it hasn’t changed.

The single worst experience I have ever had at this establishment. Waited 15 minutes for my food, only to get home and find out they had given us somebody else's order. When I went back to the restaurant it was another 10 minutes until I was helped, and they had to ask my order 3 different times over the span of 15 minutes before they even started making it. It was another 20 minutes after that when I even got my food, and when I asked for a refund as they had wasted almost if not over an hour of my time, they told me they 'don't do refunds'. Absolutely ridiculous

After a long day at work all I was craving was 4 SOFT shell tacos and some potato oles . And what I paid for was indeed not what I wanted. I got 4 HARD shell tacos that were cold and some how soggy at the same time. Not to mention my potato oles were cold and hard. :( very disappointing.
