Very slow tonight. Sat in line for more than 30 minutes. Guy at window needs better customer service!! I've been in retail for most of my life and if my people acted this way they would at least be wrote up if not fired.

I ordered the roast beef gyro, yet the meat does not match that of their regular burgers. Looks like what I expect from a traditional gryo. Lemonade tasted like lemonade. The fries were good, but not good enough to finish.

Went through drive thru ... after long wait received wrong order, had to go inside to correct and then didn't get any sauce and still got the wrong sandwich
Better than some Arby's visited in the last year. Buns are smaller with less meat at increased prices. Not unusual these days with Biden inflation driving the economy into the dirt.

Re, brown hair glasses woman in her 40s, was very snippy. She handed me a small cup without asking if I wanted a Large meal, and I said can I get a large and she said "If you ask me". I literally just did and then repeated herself 3 more times for each person in my family. If she wouldn't hand out the cups until we are done ordering then she would know what size meal we wanted. If you are in customer service then be nice.
