Did drive thru. NO Arby's sauce with my Regular Roast Beef or the Beef and Chedder. No offer at the drive through window for condiments. COME ON! Didn't realize that I had to request the sauce for both sandwiches...at best, window shoukd have at least asked. 🤷♀️

Wow I did stop their late but when I got there not only did they not have potato cakes but they had no roast beef but I'm pretty sure Arby's whole theory is we've got the meat and they didn't so you could get chicken or a hamburger

Cheese steak was delicious!!! I love their cherry turnovers and others must also. 9 times out of 10 theyre sold out. The gyros are also mouthwatering!!! We went through the drive thru which is pretty speedy. Sandy, the manager, does a great job with her staff to keep people coming back!!!
To Start, the young man taking orders and money at the drive-thru was so high he could barely formulate a sentence. He was rude, once he was able to spit out any words at all. The order was messed up obviously considering he was so impaired. He didn't give me the fries that came with the meal and when I asked for them, he argued with me that I didn't get fries was my meal and said I would have to pay for them and I said that's fine I would pay for them. Then he and his coworker went to the back, they come out both laughing and pointing to my bag, so I said can I just have a refund at this point because I'm afraid after how I've been treated that the food will have been tampered with at this point. He then said I don't need to get a refund because the fries are here and they're fine. I just took the food and left, I wasn't going to argue over a few dollars. I just threw it all out, because I could not trust the food at this point. This is a stop right off of the highway with limited food options, buyer beware second time that I have stopped at this particular place and had problem. I travel back and forth between Minnesota and Missouri several times a month, and I won't be stopping here again. I asked him what his name was and he stood there silent, staring at me trying to come up with a name, then he just started laughing and said oh my name can just be Kwon (idk how to spell the name he gave me this is spelled how it sounded.
