Without a doubt does KFC is the worst ever. The food was crap the biscuits were dry the chicken was dry my wife almost choked to death trying to take a bite of their tenders worst ever the food is crap never recommend anybody to eat there. Osceola KFC please don't eat there they'll kill you with their food. We left everything on the table so they can see what crap they serve even their little apple quarterbacks that they give you were wrong they won't even cooked thoroughly.

Needs corporate intervention. Half the meals are missing parts (sandwiches without all the toppings) and the staff couldn't be bothered to care about ANYTHING.

Horrible experience, would recommend going ANYWHERE else. Took forever to get helped, even though no one was in front of us. Then the service was bad when we finally got helped (even taking into consideration this is a fast food place in the middle of nowhere Iowa). To top it off, they were out of multiple items, including ice. Needless to say, we left without getting anything and went next door to Arby's where the service was exceptional and all menu items were available.

This KFC absolutely sucks. Staff is unhelpful and clueless. Food is cold and poorly put together. The ice machine is broke down and has been for some time. So no ice in your room temperature drink. I do not recommend this KFC. Lots of them are great. Not this one. Management needs to do something, fast!
Sign on the door saying no silverware wasn’t a big enough red flag. Staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. No ice in the soda machine. Root beer was spitting syrup. Switched to Baja Blast and the machine was so sticky the button got stuck. Chicken might have been leftover and refried. It had so much grease the breading was soggy and fell off. 41 years old and this is like the 3rd time I’ve ever left a bad review in my life. That’s how bad it was.

Wow! Ordered cole slaw and was told I would have to go next door to the Arby's get a fork to eat it as they were currently out of sporks! Are you kidding?? There is a Walmart next door could they not go buy some?? Wow what poor management. The bathroom needed attention and there was a pile of dead bugs and lint in the corner of the stall. It's a shame we used to really enjoy this place.☹️

The place was dirty ice machine not working no Tea said they had no refill for it. My tenders were cold and hard. My biscuits would not pull apart they crumbled in your hand cold and hard. Will not go back .( DISGUSTING)

The worst KFC original recipe chicken I ever had. What the hell? The colonel's herbs and spices were nowhere to be found on this chicken. I am contacting corporate. This place sucks.
Ordered 3 famous bowls and drinks to go. Bowls were only half full 2 had only 2 small chicken pieces and other had 3. Very little gravy. Root beer was flat. Very disappointed in what was received. Used to get full bowls with sufficient amount of chicken. Definitely not worth price in what was received today. Since it was to-go, unable to return with complaints. Can't wait until Popeyes is built!!

Food is inedible! We went through the drive through and the lady was horrible. Plus, we get a medium drink with our order and she gave us smalls. When asked she said she was out of cups. She was super rude about the whole thing and didn’t discount us at all for the downsize with our meal.
