I ordered 2 sausage McMuffin with egg on the app at 10:25 am New Year's Day and they waited until I got there to cancel my order because lunch started at 10:30. Are you telling me All the sausage and eggs disappeared exactly at 10:30 and they couldn't make my two sandwiches that I've already paid for?

Drive through was incredibly slow. Double lanes for servixe and still slow and backed. Still managed to mess up a single sandwich order and they are out of the new released meal. One of the screens to order was shorting out and couldnt read half the menu. Reason why this one continues to have bad reviews and do nothing to improve. Year ago same thing when I passed through except we at inside and they brought us wrong tray of food and then gave use double order by accident. This is reflection of leadership and quality management.

Been waiting here in slot 1 for 30 mintues while other cars that were after us get there food. got our drinks wrong. so we decided to call them to tell them give us our food and proceeded to hang up. place definitely a little mcâdumb

Angie specifically is awful. Take her off of headset, or fire her really, if you ask to order a double cheeseburger she will say âwe donât have those you want a McDoubleâ sorry I donât frequent enough to know thereâs a difference, itâs not that serious Angie just ring up the burger

There were only a few customers when we arrived. Every table was dirty. We had to grab a stack of napkins to wipe down our own table. It was very cold inside. The bathroom was dirty. The food took a long time to arrive. We ordered dine-in, but they brought it to us in a bag. Overall very disappointing.

Typical McDonald's, expensive and quick but not very good. When did McDonald's change their chocolate chip cookie prices? I use to buy an order of cookies and they were 3 for 99 cents. Now they're 99 cents each! That's insane. Here's my one little cookie for 99 cents. Every few years I break down and eat at McDonald's and every couple of years I'm surprised and disappointed all over again.

If Mc'D's corporate is wondering why sales are down look no further than this location. Order was wrong after being placed on a kiosk. Others were coming in from the drive through because their order must have been wrong. Some people walked out because no one would take their order. No refills on drinks, no drink fountain at all. Won't be long before places like 5 Guys and Culver's will finish off Macs.
Girl with glasses at the first window with a disability is always so rude and snappy. Attitude is crap and rolled her eyes at me for wanting to change something on my order before paying one time. Not nice at all.

5/5! We were worried about coming because of the low ratings but honestly it was amazing! The people were so kind and all of our food was hot and fresh! Either the other reviews are just crabby people looking to complain or the staff has made some great improvements!
