Chicken nuggets in the famous bowl, are dried out to the point of being jerky. The mash potatoes are cold Cole slaw is dried out. Black beans were dried out. Didn't have and macaroni and cheese at 7pm and they weren't bothering making anymore. Highly disappointed after driving 5 hours i just wanted something quick and get to bed. Better service at Arby's inn the next parking lot

Absolutely horrible service, cooks yelling about what i was requesting after they told me in drive through they had. Then spoke with the manager and she said there was nothing that could be done. Asked if I could speak to her supervisor and she said to call another time. They didn't offer anything for the inconvenience and totally messed up my order! Will not be going back and spreading the word!

The lobby is inexplicably closed during normal business hours. I asked about it on one occasion, and was told it's because they don't have enough people to run it. Yet no sign posted because apparently "corporate won't allow us to." If that manager treats her employees like she treated me, it's no wonder no one wants to work for her. This place could be something with good management. Best move on to a different food place in the area.

Ordered the chicken cantina hard shell taco on the app. Had a family member just order in person after I did the app order. The in person order was done before the app order, even though it was placed several minutes before the in person order. The food was ok, but my hard shell taco was soggy, probably from soaking up melted cheese, when my local taco bells shells are crunchy. They are very slow here.

This KFC Taco Bell doesn't take cash ever . If you stop by here expecting to use actual money sorry for your inconvenience. It does this to stop theft butloses a lot of sales because of it . I go bye her once a month and no longer try and purchase here . I don't like using my card . I'm just out some food but they're is more nearby .
This is hands down the sloooooowest Taco Bell in the country. 20 plus minutes at 2p when only 1 other person. And even after all that time, they didn’t get the order correct. Terrible terrible terrible.

Any Taco Bell that tries to charge $3 for a basic bean burrito is flat-out stealing from you. This place should be shut down for good

Ordered a strawberry slush. Was handed a dragon fruit slush. I asked the guy behind the counter if this was berry he said yes. When my husband took it back they admitted it was the wrong slush they said it would be 5 mins. When we were finished eating I walked up to get a refund they finally gave me the correct drink.
