“We used Grate Expectations Catering & Cafe for a bridal shower and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, beautifully prepared, and one of the highlights of the entire event! Kyle, the owner, was easy to work with throughout the planning process. Everything was organized smoothly and executed perfectly the day of the event, which made everything feel seamless and stress free. The quiches were a standout (bacon & cheddar with caramelized onions, and charred pepper, spinach, and feta). The croissant sandwiches were also a hit, along with the caprese bites, queso dip, and mixed greens salad. The fresh fruit was perfect, and the lemon bars were my absolute favorite, I was honestly drooling! Overall, everything exceeded expectations and helped make the bridal shower feel special and memorable! Highly recommend them for bridal showers, weddings, and any catered event!“
