A really chill place with chill employees. There are a bunch of jokes and words of encouragement on the walls. One particular one is in the bathroom on the floor that talks about the plant Uranus. And it has a list of like 20 different facts and it's really funny to read. The sandwiches are good too. You can choose a little john sandwich which is great for kids, I think it's like 4" long. Then there is the traditional 8" which is the standard or a giant that is 16". Recently JJ's started offering the sandwiches getting toasted. And at the beginning of March they brought out more sandwiche options. The vegetables are freshly cut in shop and so is the meat and cheese. And for you ranch lovers they have traditional ranch and they brought back kickin ranch

The staff was amazing. My team and I came in after a tournament and the staff was so kind and so fast. We got out food shortly after ordering and everyone seemed so friendly. The store was very clean. Jimmy John’s never disappoints especially this specific one. 10/10

We are traveling. Stopped and ordered one #8 and two #12s. They got BOTH number 12s wrong. One had no avocado, and the other had no meat(turkey).
Our orders were simple with no alterations, just ordered straight from the menu. How do you mess up 2/3rds of the sandwiches we ordered?

I wanna blame the speaker system. They usually get my order wrong but it’s minor, as in forget to cut in half, but this time I was given the wrong sandwiches entirely and when I called to find out what happened I was told it was my fault. Hopefully the speaker gets clearer, I used to love this place.

Let's be real. Great sub but it's fast food. Uurm.. sorry, FREAKY fast food. The bread is good. The veggies and meats are good. The condiments are better at the competitor. No sandwich joint has a great atmosphere. It's clean at this location, which is nice. Nothing ground breaking that separates itself from any other sandwich restaurant. Don't let this deter you from Jimmy John's. They're a solid choice for a quick bite.

Employees showed poor attitudes. We witnessed an outburst of an employee throwing his headset on the ground because we showed up with a large crowd. We were going to tip beyond graciously but decided to go some place else because of the attitude that was displayed.
