Store smells like moldy water and nasty grease, mens restroom was disgusting, our servers pants are torn open at the crotch!!! Store is not busy and tables are dirty with food splattered on the glass and walls!!!! Food was good though and though his pants were torn the server was polite and kind.

I have not eaten at an Applebee’s in a long time -just hasn’t been on my radar- and I’m not sure why..now that I’ve eaten at on: found friendly service, which is important that people are friendly , service was quick, and then the food is good. Obviously, I’ve ordered some appetizers and small items like a burger, but it was really good.. so need to explore the rest of the menu, but there was a lot to choose from. I saw it was packed and I waited and then, despite being one of the only few people there I wasn’t ignored, which is nice sometimes when it’s after the rush-hour, it’s almost like they forget customers come in later so appreciate the attention and the good food!

Stopped at this place a number of times and was happy with their food and service. But now they serve their soup in small paper cups and only fill it half full. They did the same with the Artichoke dip and it cooled down so fast we had to leave half of it.

Y'all have a jukebox and really good speakers in the ceiling. I wanted to play some tunes and asked if it could be turned up so I could hear it. Was told No, that it gets really loud and they aren't allowed to touch the volume control. What's the point of having it all, if ya can't hear it?
**Was served with a cracked glass!** Appetizers: Mozzarella sticks, definitely used old grease as you could taste it. Buffalo wings, way over cooked, super hard.
Entree: Burger undercooked, chicken tenders hard and over cooked as well. Chicken broccoli fettuccine, noodles were cold on top, and hard in some places.
Don't really recommend. Especially for the amount of money that was spent, not worth it!

Pasta with literally no sauce, artichoke spinach dip with absolutely no artichokes, bagged store bought tortilla chips (supposedly they hadn't received their truck) no excuse to serve store bought chips. Chicken strips were the size of my finger and clearly pre-frozen. The best thing we had was the pretzel sticks and beer cheese. These I would order over and over again, but the rest of the meal was completely disastrous. The waitress was not attentive for refills, requests, or just to check on the quality of our food. Definitely will not go back to this location!

We waited for fourty five minutes to get any food and still haven’t got it yet. Our waitress only checked on our table once and didn’t check to give us any refills. If you want to wait forever to eat this is your place. Only three servers and no one apologized for bad service or slow cooks. It’s ridiculous!

Went in with my girlfriend today and took forever to be sat and once we did the table was soaking wet and the menus stuck to the table. Once our waitress came and got our drinks and app taken the app came out at a decent time but the mozz sticks were cold in the middle but tasted good, the issue came on the main course. It took over 20 mins for our food to come out. I ordered the all you can eat and she ordered the hot money mustard chicken sandwich no tomato no lett. Once we got our food the fries were ice cold and nasty like they have been sat out since the order was placed. My chicken was rock hard and cold, my gf sand had nothing on it. After calling the waitress over and told her what was missing she only brought the pickles out, so I had to call her over for a second time to get bacon for the sandwich. After that i asked for a box and paid and left. I live over an hour away and came there and spent almost $50 for cold food. I will never be back and dont recommend going back

Friday night. Tried then chicken bacon ranch I saw on TV. It was as pictured but not as juicy I like but am a self admitted chicken sandwich snob. My fries were barely warm. Service was good.
