Love their food! Have never had a bad meal yet.
We ate at Bubba Q’s tonight and it was slammed. We ended up sitting at the bar and the sweet lady running the bar was going back and forth making sure everyone was taken care of and kept checking on our food and was very apologetic for the wait. We didn’t mind as we knew they were busy. I wish I would have but I didn’t catch her name but she delivered some amazing service and I couldn’t be happier with her and the food tonight. 10/10 recommend
For the past year and half our orders always come wrong. Either something is missing or the wrong sides were brought. Calling them to complain about it seems like we are such a hassle for them to make it right. How do you give green beans instead of a baked potato that was ordered? how do you completely forget a side? I get that sometimes you run out of something but you communicate that instead of just substituting. I am assuming this was not the case, just purely careless workers.
