When I went there Tami I think her name is but she is the rudest person and she treats everyone including employees like trash. She has no shame talking crap about their workers and about other customers. It's just a bad place to be and my fries were cold and sandwich was made completely wrong.

if i could give 0 stars i would, the manager named tami was extremely rude to both the customers and the workers. as i was waiting for my order i could overhear her talking horribly about some of the workers, even going as far to say she hates them. i will not be coming back and i recommend that choice to others, theres no reason to talk bad about your workers when your a manager, or even at all. unbelievable.

Hadn't come back for over a month then I finally decided to start coming again to give them another chance. I Don't know what inadequacies in this shift leads personal life he must have to feel like he needs to actively provoke people by chasing them down just to try to talk down to them with cute remarks, but it's unappreciated and highly unfit behavior for someone who's supposed to set an example for customer service.I take it most people just ignore it, however it just shows how little this particular shift lead actually cares when it comes to their interactions with customers. Like it's really sad when you weren't even a part of taking my order to feel the need to chase after me, and attempt belittling a guy as he's headed to his car and then lock the door and hide away. Didn't even eat what i ordered for concern with it being tampered with. Especially after he'd been warned and corrected by another manager last time. It's called respect for your customers and it's clearly not a value this branch holds in high esteem, but I suggest something be changed. Starting with him.

I ordered a Texas Whopper that was supposed to have 2 burgers, cheese, lettuce, onion, pickle, jalapeño slices, bar-b-q sauce and mayo. The sandwich I got was 1cold burnt patties, no jalapeño, no Bbq sauce, tomatoes were chopped instead of sliced, and cold fries. The other 2 sandwiches were also cold and burnt with cold fries. I sure won’t be going back. I wouldn’t even give this place any stars if I didn’t have to.

Well, won't be spending anymore money here since it's too hard to say no problem or take your time or even ok when someone asks if they can have just a minute to look at the menu, and instead just stays silent. Also too hard to put cheese on a sandwich 3 times in a row. Not sure why businesses put a rude person in charge of taking orders.

Long drive thru wait and the grease used for the potatoes hasn't been changed in some time. The potato rounds were inedible. Customer service was atrocious. Very rude.

When I order food online, it means I want to skip the line. When I went to pick up my food after a 5 minute drive. I'm told they don't start the order till you get there, so that means that everyone in front of you gets waited on before my online order. That isn't the point of online ordering. NOT impressed!!!
