We stopped going here because of the change in employees/management. Have gone back a couple time and was no better. Considering the hype that’s been going around lately, figured we’d give it another shot. Still tastes the same, at least it was hot this time. A lot higher priced than any of the other Mexican restaurants in town. Will continue to drive to Fairfield, Bloomfield or a couple blocks over from them. Not impressed.
Used to be a favorite place to go but when I can't even get chips and cheese for less than $10 now for a small order as an appetizer it says something.. prices online are not accurate with when you get to the store and go to pay.
This is our go to for Mexican in Ottumwa. It's fast and service is always good they keep up on drinks and chips and salsa.
