I paid ahead of time for some Hydrangeas. I also wanted some white Roses or tulips but wasnt sure which would go best and the floral department said I could look Friday when I picked up my already paid for Hydrangeas.They specifically said they would get a truck in thursday and there was always plenty. Friday I bought some groceries and then proceeded to the floral department to pick up my flowers. They handed me my blue Hydrangeas but when I asked for white tulips they said they were all sold. When I said Id take a dozen white roses the other florist butted in and said nope those are all spoken for. I explained what they had told me Monday when I paid for the others. No apology nothing. I said well can you give me two more Hydrangea stem . One florist went to get some and the older florist told her nope they are spoken for as well! I got my flowers in Bloomfield at a local florist! Misunderstanding happen. However when people are spending there hard earned money in your store why would you ever be so rude!I

Terrible customer service. Sales constantly mislabeled and when asked about the sale always met with rude remarks, see so many employees standing around but then seem to run away when you go up to them for help. Once had a girl at the checkout who was the only one who seemed to be working have me go up to a couple of managers only for them to talk to each other and turn their backs to me, then while I patiently waited for them to finish their conversation they just kept inching away from me… I went back to the self checkout for the cashier behind me to fix the problem for me. I’ve had the last straw when they had no checkouts open besides self checkout, I left my mom to checkout while I went to warm up the car, for her to come out thirty minutes later crying because no one would help her when she needed help at the self checkout. I work in retail and I know customer service can be hard, but this is unacceptable.

they did an excellent job on our cake for our wedding. delivery arrived on time and the rainbow color cake was a big hit with everyone! thanks so much for making our wedding day even better!
I want to give a huge shout out to the very nice gentleman that was handing out the free ice water today around noon. He heard me tell my toddlers that their favorite car cart wasn't available so we would have to use a normal cart. He told me to hold on just a second and went out into the parking lot and specifically found it for us and cleaned it down! I wish I had remembered to get his name. His actions made 2 little girls day!
Huge shout out to Jim and Amy. Together they took extra steps to ensure that an item I hadn’t even realized I had lost was returned to me. And that is why I shop there! Thank you so much ?
