Ordered delivery, food that showed up was disgusting..looked and tasted like it was 3 days old...threw almost all of it away
Ottumwa KFC is absolutely disgusting. It's filthy inside and out. I had mentioned the deplorable conditions of the bathroom, lobby, and the greasy and dirty sidewalk outside the main doors to staff on multiple occasions. Was told on one occasion that the manager was working on it. Nothing was ever done and I started to doubt the safety of the food. I used to work there about 10 yrs ago when it was a different manager and the store was exquisitely clean to the best standard. So...read full review
