This is the dirtiest store I have ever been in. First thing, I ordered my meal and went to insertmy debit card Into the credit card machine. There was sticky stuff all over it. Then the employee waiting on me turned my drink rim down and slid it accross the counter at me. I asked for a replacement that had not been dragged across that dirty counter. I went to get my drink and the tea containers had pink sticky stuff all over the front of them. The table tops were dirty the seats were dirty. I was stupid enough to still eat my order, but I got out of there as fast as I could. I will never go in that place again.

The worst place I have ever eaten in my life, the quality of the chicken is terrible and the worst place of all the restaurants in this chain. I do not recommend this place to anyone in this area, ever. Look at this, the quality and texture of this chicken is a rip-off.

Be prepared to wait 30-45 minutes for food in drive thru. Food always tastes good but the drive thru is painfully slow. Literally the slowest in town. Very disappointed. Not sure if it is staff or lack thereof or management.

They forgot a part of my grandmas order so she called and I went to pick it up for her. I went through the drive through, told them the name, picked up the order from Kim. Once my grandma opened it, it was still wrong. Come to find out they gave someone else’s order. My grandma called and instead of correcting it, Norma, the manager, argued with my grandma, said I was lying about how I picked it up, said we can come look at the cameras because I was lying, and then told her she can Google the corporate number. Norma is a terrible excuse for a manager.

My first attempt was in the evening last night, where the 12-year-old on the speaker was in such a rush, that I gave up trying to place my order, pulled up to the window to talk to the manager, and then he proceeded to be a liaison between myself and a little girl who simply made excuses for her behavior.
(he should have that conversation in private)

I’ve been craving mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and chicken for a while, so I went back today …

The manager from last night was doing the window today, and I asked him for all white extra crispy.

I get home and I have 1 breast and the rest DARK meat?!.

I’m telling Amber the day manager about my frustration; about her employees training…she has audacity to ask me where I teach?!.

Not a single person in two days said I’m sorry, what can I do to make this right, my apologies and we need to do better, NOT 1!

We’re in a society where there’s no accountability, people are hired just as a warm body to fill the role; training seems nonexistent and customer service lost forever?!.

I will never be going back and that’s the only power I have as a consumer, is to take my money and spend it elsewhere .

Food was good but they had no jelly or honey for biscuits. Bathrooms dirty, tables dirty. No pepper to go Cobb webs hanging off the pictures hanging on the wall. They will never see us again...

Extremely rude to an elder on the phone. Upon arrival of food the order was messed up completely not even the drinks were right. This elder was really looking forward to this meal and they messed it up. Sadly she passed away a few days later. With this being one of her last meals.
