We recently moved to Ottumwa and were welcomed with open arms the moment we walked through the door at Main Street Donuts. Really nice place to grab a treat with kiddos. The people are friendly and a lot of selection for donuts and drinks. My little one loved watching the train go around the shop.
I came in on Friday to get something before a meeting. The employee was taking photos of the guests, that's ok, I waited. Then another customer, who got up from a table, came to the counter; the employee then waited on him. I was not greeted or acknowledged. She didn't ask who was next, although I think it was obvious, the bell rang when I came in and I was standing there in my coat. I was the only person who had come in.
