Great bacon maple bar! Great latte! Breakfast bacon egg and cheese croissant was OK, but not my favorite. I'd come back for coffee and donuts! :) Great service too!

This is a small town gem from the old school service to the train running along the ceiling. Well worth a trip to downtown Ottumwa.

Fantastic donuts every time. So hard to choose so we always take plenty home.
Went in to get breakfast sandwiches and coffee and the employees are nice and helpful but, the Owner lady is very MEAN and RUDE. She always being rude with her employees in front of customers and you can tell it make the employees uncomfortable. I’ve been there in many occasions but this one time I wanted a certain coffee but it was needing a refill so I asked the owner lady if there was anymore and she rudely said “No but there is other coffee flavors just pick one of those and water it down it’s the same thing” I honestly thought it was a joke at first but of course I was wrong and she walked away. Moral of the story me and my family will be taking our business some where else .

All the staff have been a tremendous blessing to my family and I. We moved away and yet whenever we find ourselves back in Ottumwa we go to Main Street Donuts for you guessed it…. Donuts! (But also for Ice Cream)

Took my yearly cross country Amtrak trip, had a 10 hour layover in Ottumwa...easily the best donuts I've ever had. The maple bacon bar, my SO's favorite. So I brought 2 of them home to her...3 days later she said "AMAZING!!!....the best maple bar I've ever had, love the crispy chopped bacon, bacon in every bite ?." We're planning a vacation to Ottumwa just for this place.
