This was my first time visiting Main Street Donuts and I was excited because of all of the good reviews this place is known for. I came in around 1 PM today and there was only one tray of glaze donuts left and one cinnamon roll. I understand they close at five, but it just seemed kind of disappointing that with four hours left, there was absolutely nothing to choose from. I don’t know if this is the sort of place where you have to get there early in the morning or what but I was highly disappointed when I came in today.

I have been employed there in the past when they FIRST were opening their doors and let me tell you you that these people o above and beyond for OUR donuts EVERYDAY!! They have the best attitude and are the kindest people. Amazing atmosphere & the kids and I especially loved all their holiday decorations. My kids just were in “Awe”

I won't be back, at least no time soon, after today.I went in to get something on my way to a meeting and the employee was taking photos of the guests, which was fine, I waited. As she was doing that, a man got up from another table and went to the counter. The employee then proceeded to wait on him. She did not even acknowledge me, or ask who was next, although it should have been obvious that I had just come in (the bells on the door rang and I'm standing there in my coat). No one else was in line. I walked out without ordering.The owner is a very nice lady, I had just had a conversation with her the other day. But this employee definitely needs some customer service training!!
