We only come here for breakfast anymore because every single time we have come to this McDonald's you have to wait for atleast 20 mins before u get your food. The prices are outrageous for the quality of food and service. You shouldn't have to wait 20 mins for fast food. The fact that ALL these reviews say the same thing tells me you dont care to spend the time to fix any of these issues going on but expect people to still pay these prices. We will not be coming here ever again.

I ordered through the app only to discover this is the slowest McDonald’s location known to man. While I was sitting, shifter resting in park, in the drive thru line I watched through the first window and a total of eight individuals in places everywhere but the spots where food is served. It baffled me as to what was occurring on this particular day. Unfortunately this is par for the course as far as this level of food is concerned. It was at a level of slow that had the time to deliberate if I should even write this review for the last twenty minutes. This line persevered above my will power and I am still currently in line waiting to move as I type this. It’s absolutely crazy and all I can do is watch the goof troop that is the staff through the window and ponder what am I even doing with my life when this is my Friday evening.

Waited forever while people in drive through got their food quickly. got here at 9:30 and didn’t get food until 10, manager was extremely rude and kicked everyone out because the “lobby closes at 10”, even though we were there way before and ordered way earlier.

Waited on the drive thru for over 30 min!!! Lobby was closed and I had a team of 6 so we couldn't all order at once either

I ordered through doordash one night and the ticket was right that was on the bag, but everything in the bag was not what was on the ticket. I tried calling McDonalds and nobody answered, i even tried calling a few times and nobody answer. Its not doordashes fault, the ticket did have my order on it, but inside the bag everything was completely wrong.

My mom went through the drive through....
First round she was shorted a chicken sandwich and one of them had ketchup instead of mayo and didn't even have a special tag for ketchup on it....
She called and reported the issue and the went to retrieve the correct sandwiches and they still got it wrong by adding lettuce when asked not to. Waste of gas and time.
Personally I avoid this place like the plague.

25 minute wait in drive thru!! Made me late for work, food was cold and incorrect. Understaffed, the lady running the drive thru was overwhelmed.

This is the worst mcdonalds! I stopped by to get two 4 piece kids meals. Waited in drive through so long I finally got out and went in. Got home with the kids meals, opened one and instead of finding 4 chicken nuggets in one of the meals, there’s a big glop of MAC sauce!!! No nuggets!!! I watched the employee fill the order so I knew who it was when I went back. Asked the kid why would he do that, he says “I thought it was 4 piece nuggets”. Really!? You want 15$ an hour but you can’t tell the difference between Mac sauce and nuggets?!!! Yeah right! Management didn’t say a word to him. Never ever going again!!!

I came here at 4:00am I was told to come back in 15mins, I came back at 4:21am and was told nothing was ready just yet. I asked about how long and the response was IDK 😆 if I could've rated 0 stars i would've for poor customer service skills 🙅
