Worst spicy chicken I ever had. Dry as hell and tiny. Literally the smallest I've ever had. Almost had my partner turn around and demand money back. Pretty sure we both ordered large fries n I got smaller. No 2nd chances here.

Phenomenal Queen
Simple mistake was to not put napkins in my bag for my online order. Not a simple mistake to see me at the counter and not acknowledge me as a customer; all people that are not of my nation are not racist, yet a man that is of the employee’s nationality comes in, they turn right around and good morning him! Customer service here on today 6-4-2025 gets 1 star for simply being a service! Thank you for you service of not being polite.
The worst service ever. Every time I go inside there's no one to take my order! Several minutes later after employees have seen me someone eventually comes and takes my order. The pop was warm and no ice in the machine.

Never get your food order right and then won't replace it and could take several days to get hold of them by phone so it usually when you get back to the same town again and they tell you couple weeks later you didn't contact us soon enough can help you sorry you should have gotten hold of us right then witch is bull @@@@ I think so service good service sucks because they go to fast everything you order on the sandwich is not there or it' throw together and they roll the paperraper and smash sandwiches and it's a dang miss food good if they make it right and get your order right

Went to the drive-thru, and no one ever asked to take my order. I sat there for roughly five minutes. Then, I proceeded to curbside and ordered my food. The server was very nice, and I told him about the drive-thru issue.

Unfortunately the fries were old and cold... sad face. This was at 12:15 pm when they were busy. They had made up way too many fries in advance.

TT was the young ladies name who was my drive thru cashier. She was AMAZING!!!! There were several things wrong. Half the drive thru screen was not working. She was polite helpful and apologetic for the inconvenience. Then the strawberry pump for strawberry shakes was down and she was apologetic for that as well. Her personality was friendly and considerate. She also was very professional and her customer service was on point. She legit made my day even after having to let me down about my shake. She is the only reason I am giving such a high star rating other wise I would have been lowest score possible all the way down. Thank you again for your professionalism and compassionate customer service.
