Went through drive-thru, ordered two of their BBQ bacon quarter pounders with cheese. Got home to eat it (half hour drive) and could find no bacon anywhere. My husband's burgers were red in the middle and had to be "cooked" in the microwave before he could eat them. Tried to let them know by phone, for future customers, but no answer. But.....their ice cream machine was working this time!

Went inside to order, stood there for 5 minutes without anyone even acknowledging me trying to order. Decided maybe it would be better to just order through the drive thru. I waited for 20 minutes with no progress. When I finally got to the window to pay, they asked me to wait. That took another 20 minutes. We never got our food. I will never go to this McDonald’s again, nor should you.

I believe I was served yesterday's McDouble. The cheese was hard and so was the bun. It was disgusting! I had already left and had to be somewhere otherwise I absolutely would have brought this garbage back. About made me throw-up. I go to McDonalds a lot and have never been served such a low quality disgusting meal before. I will think twice before ever going to any McDonalds again. God I hope I don't get food poisoning from the bite I took before looking at my food.

Worst place to do curbside pick up ever I sat at the curbside for 45 minutes before calling for them to tell me they put it up for DoorDash and when I got it all my food was cold as shit will never go here again do not recommend

McDonald's food across the spectrum has gone down, food not warm, and seems to have lost any flavor.
Was here earlier and really disappointed. Not trying to be rude... but things definitely need addressed. Took over 15 mins to get my food. It was just myself and a family member. She said the bathroom is so cold you could freeze water in there. Then I checked out my bathroom.. urinal is broken and has a bag over it. Toilet in my bathroom is also broken and full of urine and toilet paper. Couldn't sit where we wanted because most everything was closed off with trash cans. Next time I'm here and I see this I'll be moving the trash cans out of the way and sitting where I want to sit. Wasn't even 9pm yet. Then when I went to the counter to politely see what was going on with my order it took quite a while for someone to acknowledge my existence.. then I guess someone cleared the order off the screen so they were not even in the process of making my order at all until I went to the counter wondering why it wasn't done yet. Drive thru wasn't busy at all much less dine in. So not sure what the issue was. Seems to be lack of care/effort/motivation. Then when I got my orange juice it was pretty much warm. Like legit barely even cold. I'm including the pictures of the broken urinal, broken toilet/gross toilet and areas blocked off as proof. To management (if there is any): There is no reason for all this. If you can't fix these things in a timely fashion then give up your job to someone that will. There seemed to be at least four different guys that were on break/just goofing around or whatever around the corner in the area where the booths area. My review and pictures should speak volumes.

Wasn't busy... only 2 cars in line. Paid for a double quarter pounder with cheese, medium fry and Coke. Coke machine was originally down until I asked for a refund and miraculously it started working again. Got home and opened the sandwich box to learn I got a hamburger, no cheese. Have tried to call several times to speak with the manager instead of driving back and for 20 minutes I get a busy signal. Not sure who the owner is but they need to speak with the manager and staff. A $5.00 meal deal would've been more than I got asking for a double quarter with cheese.

You guys are a JOKE made me wait 30 minutes for my food and gave me cold fries and couldn’t even make my smoothie right put in a shit tun of ice instead of filling your machine so is tasted more like water then a strawberry banana smoothie and didn’t even give me a receipt so I could get it fixed do better man
