Went to the drive-thru, and no one ever asked to take my order. I sat there for roughly five minutes. Then, I proceeded to curbside and ordered my food. The server was very nice, and I told him about the drive-thru issue.
TT was the young ladies name who was my drive thru cashier. She was AMAZING!!!! There were several things wrong. Half the drive thru screen was not working. She was polite helpful and apologetic for the inconvenience. Then the strawberry pump for strawberry shakes was down and she was apologetic for that as well. Her personality was friendly and considerate. She also was very professional and her customer service was on point. She legit made my day even after having to let me...
