These are the best tacos in Ottumwa. The homemade salsas and perfectly cooked meats make these wonderful. Very delicious!! Service is quick and efficient. More than passable. I've got to try more things on the menu. They have many different kinds of meats like chicken, asada, pork al pastor, lengua. The server went right to the favorite, asada, and I had to clarify that I wanted something different. Its okay. I look like a guy who would order asada. I always ask. I would suggest a better menu that fits what is on the menu. All the meats available would be great. Ambiance is typical taqueria decor, but most people coming here are really looking for the great food. It's clean and well lit. You know you are in a great taqueria when the language being spoken predominantly is Spanish. I love this place.

Great tacos and quick service. I had the tripas and lentil tacos and they were excellent. Flavorful, velvety, and on a nice warm tortilla. What's not to like?!

Hidden gem came to this town for work. And decided to come here the food was amazing very home vibes I recommend the restaurant to anybody looking for Mexican authentic food not your typical Tex mex type restaurant. This place is legit!!!!

Every dish we got had great flavor! I loved my fajita burrito. Large portions for most dishes. Would've liked to have a description on the menu to know what ingredients are in the different dishes, but the waiter was happy to answer our questions.

Just here visiting and was so very glad the reviews of this place were accurate. Thanks fellow yelpies! We came an hour before close and our service was great, they have a huge menu to choose from and everything we ordered was delicious. Authentic Mexican food for sure, I'm usually an Al pastor girl when it comes to my sopes but the asada was definitely a 10/10. The horchatas were delicious as well, you'd be surprised some folks just don't get it right.
