I have tried to give this place MANY chances. Any time I have been to this place the one server they have did not put down her phone. Even when I went to pay, she didn’t even look at me. Just kept looking at her phone. Completely disrespectful service. The food is mediocre at best. Giving a 4 star because the food tasted great but we waited a hour for our food on a Saturday night around 6:30pm!! I think staff was very short and the waitress refused my husband's appetizer order and just got our drinks ready that was pretty weird. The waitress kept forgetting what drinks we had ordered for refills plus my friends food came out like 40 min earlier than everyone elses. My friend and I ordered the hibachi but the waitress forgot out soup and salad that came with it we had to ask! I'm not gonna be too terrible here since it is a pandemic and everyone is low staff everywhere but it did kinda suck! We were visiting from central IL wanted to have a good time! I had medium filet mignon and shrimp hibachi and it was amazing!

Came in at 9:15 when the website says that they close at 10:00 and was refused service. I even called ahead of time and asked what time they were closing and they said 9:30. This is not the only bad experience I have had. They often forget to include everything that comes in their meals, such as salads/soups and noodles. I do not believe that their waitresses are very friendly as I have been afraid to ask for something as simple as Yum Yum sauce. What kind of reputation are they trying to make for themselves? Clearly, not a good one. Also got food poisoning. Bye.

I come here often (like at least once a week) and have never had any issues. My order is always correct and is always really good! Definitely my favorite place to eat in southern Iowa.

The food was not good this time we been here before but the quality and taste of the food is in decaying. Also It will be awesome if waiter just write down the orders to not forget any of them. That is just plain d**** I have never seen a waiter not to write down the orders. Really slow service and waiter and I think is one of the owner look she always looks like she is mad, and she isn't really polite or welcoming. And it feels like she is always rushing you.

We came to eat here and it was the worst service I have ever had! Food came one at a time and was spread out. We waited an hour and thirty minutes after we ordered our food! The waitress kept saying two minutes your food will be ready! I will never come back to this restaurant! I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone

The service recently has been abysmal. Carry-out is rarely ready on time. I stood for 15 minutes before being acknowledged. There were two individuals waiting tables on a Saturday. One of them was the hostess. The high note is that the food is generally above average when the order is correct.

We went here for my sons 13th birthday. My brother and I were a little hesitant, I don’t eat sea food and my brother doesn’t like to get out his comfort zone. We had so much fun! Food was so good and prices were great. Definitely recommend this place ❤️
