Put order in online at 4pm to pick up at 6pm, get there and they are just putting pizza in. Haven't been there in over a year because same thing happened last time. Manager didn't even apologize or seem to care. Worst service I have ever seen and will never go back

My wife and I ordered A large meat lovers pizza hand tossed crust and I don't know why but I always pay for extra cheese although I'm certain that I never get it. Also ordered 12 wings traditional bone In. The order came to $42 and change supposed to be ready for pick up at 7:33pm my wife got there at 7:30pm to be told that they had lost our pizza and was going to upgrade us with a stuffed crust meatlovers pizza. Ordered wings, breadsticks and large pizza. Wings came first and then the breadsticks.(took over 30 minutes). Then we waited another 15 minutes for our pizza. It was not even hot. It was like you would eat right out of the fridge. Didn't say anything because we didn't want to have to wait for another. When paying we were not asked how our meal was. That's when I was going to tell them the pizza was cold. The wings were good and the breadsticks were awesome. I do understand that they are understaffed and service isn't like it used to be.

Ordered my food online for pickup/carry out as they won’t deliver unless your food total is 12$ and then charge an almost 5$ delivery fee which is not the drivers tip. The problem I go to pick up my order, mind you I show up a little past my pickup time, and it’s not even ready. I then have to wait another 20-30mins at the store for my food total be done, on top of that had to turn around and come back to the store as they forgot to give me my 2 litter ordered/ purchased. Also as I’m sitting and waiting I am seeing horrible service and other customers who are dinning in changing their order to takeout. Along with 5 other people waiting for their takeout orders that are also late.

6/17/24 at 10pm the lady at the bar told me that the place is closed and gave me a bad attitude when i asked her isn’t the place says on the website it’s closed at 11pm? she just didn’t wanna serve me cuz she wanted to go home i guess but when i confronted her that the place is closed at 11pm she was like ‘oh that’s not inside’ i was like what do you mean? anyways all that being said her service was baaaaaaaaad! the place is nice thou but service is baaaaad
We had the stuffed c special, pasta dish, and cheese bread. It also had a full dining room for future reference.

Ordered ahead and picked up our food at the drive through. Service was great. The pizzas were fresh and hot. Only complaint...my wife asked for light sauce on her pepperoni lover's pizza, and there wasn't any that we could tell.
