The food itself was really good, everything tasted fresh but the service was absolutely horrible. The employee asked us 3 + times what not to put on our sub and we still got lettuce after saying no lettuce multiple times. We did not receive guac that we paid for. Other employee did not know how to ring up food correctly. And didn’t even know where the forks were when I asked for a fork for the tots ??♀️ We were standing in line for 15 mins while they were making our 2 sandwiches if that tells you how slow they are. Would not recommend.

So I stopped in today to grab a couple of subs. The wait was 20 minutes +. I ordered a Steakhouse 8 inch and a Baja California. The kid squirted on a French like dressing on my Steakhouse prior to the oven. Since I had already wasted a bunch of time patiently waiting, I didn't complain as I didn't have the time. I absolutely HATED the taste. I did not like the sweet flavor at all. The dogs loved it though. So NOT happy. That kid should have asked if I wanted the dressing on it PERIOD. I will purchase food for other folks there, but for myself, hell no. I don't want or like FRENCH dressing and especially not on my steak sub.

I just went to the ottumwa store, and I must say that they have went waaaay downhill!! Horrible customer service, by whom I’m pretty sure was the manager or owner of the establishment. I will no longer be going there!

This is my absolute favorite sandwich shop in town!! The food is always so good, and the folks at Quiznos have never gotten anything wrong on any of my orders!! They also offer soups all year long, and unlike other places around me, they are hardly ever out by the time dinner rolls around!
