I’ve never been to Starbucks but my daughter sent me this morning and the experience I had I will prob never go back. I didn’t know the name of the drink my daughter wanted so I explained the drink…u would of thought I had requested the impossible, the girl literally took a step back like she needed to regain her composure or maybe in an attempt to bite her tongue from saying something..all she had to do was turn to the person next to her and ask her what it was but it was like the biggest inconvenience. Her attitude was so bad I told her if it’s that big of a deal I don’t need the drink she wouldn’t even respond to me. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a business..I feel bad cause I didn’t tip and she wasn’t even the one that made the drink but I absolutely was not gunna tip when the service was horrendous. Like i said I’ll never go back 10 outta 10 would not recommend

as a loyal customer i just had the worst experience at this location with one of you employees she tried charging more then i have ever paid and i still feel like i shouldn't of had paid what i paid and her response on me wanting to upgrade to a bigger size was not professional she said it was to late and she didn't know how to do it, not in the nicest way
