Didn't get any food so I can't rate that. But I love Starbucks. And everyone there is friendly and know what they are doing. ??

Very disappointed in my visit to this Starbucks. Customer service just isn’t the same any more. I started with asking what time they close, girl one responded in 8min, we have been slow. Long pause and she says “you can order”. I ordered my drink and requested without ice because I drink it the next morning. The first girl forgot to say that so the second girl just strained it into another cup and hands it to me 3/4 the way full ? …… I looked at her and said it’s not full, confused. This is the second girl and she says “you asked for no ice right!” I said yes I always do and never once have I gotten my coffee not filled up (I was so shocked). She sighs and grabs my cup and fills it with milk. At this point my coffee is practically WHITE. She slides it over a walks away, at this point I’m annoyed. I humor myself and take a sip, absolutely not. So, much milk in it it’s not even good. I hand it to my husband and ask him to take it back. The second literally says “there’s nothing wrong with it, I made it right!” At this point I had to walk away. He brings me a new one saying it’s better but still not correct and the girl was not happy already so he wasn’t going back. So, I got a $7 coffee made to someone else’s choice. Starbucks always states if you don’t like it we will fix it.

Impressed how nice the ladies at this kiosk were. I needed a Frappuccino without coffee and th we y smiling complied. Made a coffee and an ice tea. Made another Frappuccino. Made sure I had a carrier for it all. Best Starbucks ever!

Great coffee! I get there at least once a week and order plain coffee large with cream and vanilla. Staff is nice and diligent, reliable and patient with customers. Their hours are flexible within the Hy-Vee store schedule. I notice some new faces every few months.
The worst Starbucks I have ever been in. They are always running out of product and each barista makes your coffee different. I suggest crossing the river and enjoy your latte at the south side location.

This Starbucks is nice but a very small "in store" style. It's a relatively small kiosk style (such as in airports). Nice staff, some food options. They are quick and did a great job with my drink! If you're looking for a "Full Starbucks" you'll be disappointed. But if you looking to get your Starbucks fix this will certainly do the trick!
