Well I'm very disappointed in price at this store because you get charged more here ! We have 3 subways in ottumwa hello why would you charge more at this store ! Mini sub $4.16 south store is $2.99 I guess I will be eating at the south store from now on! I just don't get it and i have really haven't had issues with pricing either but we're in ottumwa iowa ! It should all be priced the same so does McDonald's do the same thing?

The worst subway I've ever eaten in my life, I paid extra and added something and it wasn't there, it barely had any meat, a huge rip-off, bread with salad
Just a run of bad luck I guess. Ordered a foot long meatball marinara and the new foot long "The Beast". The toppings for the "Beast" (Lettuce Tomatoe, onion, Mayo, and vinaigrette)ended up on the meatball sub ( yes as gross as it sounds, had to try a bite in hopes of just maybe it would taste good), and the "Beast" had nothing on it. The foot long Churos went into the trash. Cold and a funky taste. Hope our next visit is better.

Placed an order online went to pick up wasn't done due to someone walking out and quitting. To make matters worse 2 more people came in after me to pick up orders and got theirs completed before mine. Plus the lady that took over my order had to stop because the manager called and needed to talk to her right away. After all that they still forgot to make my son's pizza so have to go back and get the pizza made and we get home and it's not even a subway pizza it's just a Flatbread with sauce and cheese not the normal pizza. Plus my wrap was a complete mess barely had any toppings and ranch was all over it. I will not go back to this subway ever again. Very disappointing.
