This is one of the best taco bells I've ever been at so we had a small complication with our order and we contacted them and they handled it immediately and we're very nice and fast about it and the food was perfect I highly recommend this place they have a great team they have their they should all get raises honestly and the place was very clean and well kept up

I am a door dasher, came through for my first order I had gotten a second order while at the window they refused to give it to me at the window so I had to go all the way around again once I got to the window again they then made me pull around AGAIN this order should have been picked up by 12:17 am and it’s now 12:31 and when they told me to pull around again the last time I could hear the manager SCREAMING “you’re going to have to have the pull to the front we are too busy”
Food was as expected not above. My order wasn't complete but they did rectify it.

Stupid, where's the personal feel to be greeted they act annoyed to serve you and no where to sit it's awful place to eat what if you wanted to dine in about 5 tables.Taco Bell leave your designs alone everything is small even drive through. Reminds me of Angry McDonald's new stores at least they have cashierAnd 10 50 per meal not including drinks geez, Louise reminds me of burger King 3.00 for drinks why not go buy a bottle of pop. It's just as high thanks to government's hands.

This Taco Bell always has the friendliest staff, even when when they're really busy. They're also accurate with order customizations. I've lived in town for over 12 years and am a fan of this excellent fast food location.
Make sure you get your receipt when ordering from a kiosk from a fast food restaurant. We got our taco combos from Taco Bell in Ottumwa Iowa today when I ask for our drinks. The young man behind the counter said it doesn't show you order drinks. I said we order the taco combos. He said do you have your receipt so I can check it. Luckily I chose to have the receipt texted to me. I showed him the receipt showing I ordered the taco combos and the drinks were included. Then he tried to act like he was going out of his way to be nice and give us our drinks. As we set there eating our tacos no one else about their drinks.
