Walk in no menu, had to do from a difficult screen, no one at the counter to even help. Should have left then, charge extra for a diet dew, took 15 minutes to order, only one relatively clean table to eat at. 5 minutes our food gets flopped on the counter, cups rolling everywhere, get to table and our combo boxes are not right, look around and see a burnt out light and cobwebs galore. Floor dirty, should have left at the beginning. To say the least, we will NEVER BE BACK.

I Ordered through the app and when I pulled up to the drive-thru, they had a speaker dedicated to mobile orders. I gave them my name, pulled up the window and my food was ready. Great service!

So we ordered 7 items for pick up through the app, 4 of which had customizations. They screwed up 6 of the items, including all 3 that didn't have any customizations.

They messed up the order instantly but realized one of the mistakes and remade the burrito and gave us the mess up one for free. They put lettuce on my no lettuce tacos but quickly remade 3 new ones as requested. Got to give the mess up ones to my brother for free.
Service was quick. Food remakes were fast. Workers were not rude, some were even polite.
Well rounded taco bell. Everything was as expected from this kind of establishment

It's okay, the food was what you'd expect at a taco bell, not bad. It was made correctly. The staff was friendly, and helpful when the kiosk didn't display the seasoned fries. Every table in the lobby was dirty, so that was not ideal. Overall not a bad experience.

Took 35 minutes to get our order placed and food received thru the window. Only got 2 layers of a 5 layer burrito. Cashiers obviously not taught how to count back change the correct way. They just hand it to you and close window

This placed used to be a gold standard for basic fast food in my opinion. Their application for preorder was simple and effective making it a convenient last minute option for overly decent food at a fair price when life got busy (until it wasn't). Our last 2 or 3 orders have been filled with the wrong food, mislabeled food and cold food sadly. When I ordered the last time a worker rushed to the window saying they almost forgot something in my order...in this bag not only was it the wrong item but it was cold while the food in the main bag I received was nice and hot. I filed a complaint with on the app and heard nothing. Tonight the food was mislabeled leading to people getting the wrong food from what was marked on the boxes🤦♂️I deleted the app...no more guessing if I'm gonna get what I paid for and having to quality check their labeling abilities.

I dislike the fact that they make you use their kiosk instead of actually taking your orders. It's so separated. The dining area is so closed in it makes you a little closterfobic. Very few windows. 🤦♀️👎
