Make sure you get your receipt when ordering from a kiosk from a fast food restaurant. We got our taco combos from Taco Bell in Ottumwa Iowa today when I ask for our drinks. The young man behind the counter said it doesn't show you order drinks. I said we order the taco combos. He said do you have your receipt so I can check it. Luckily I chose to have the receipt texted to me. I showed him the receipt showing I ordered the taco combos and the drinks were included. Then he tried to act like he was going out of his way to be nice and give us our drinks. As we set there eating our tacos no one else about their drinks.

This Taco Bell always has the friendliest staff, even when when they're really busy. They're also accurate with order customizations. I've lived in town for over 12 years and am a fan of this excellent fast food location.
Just came through late with the family, food was hot and everything was labeled for us to pass around the car, and plenty of fire sauce! Thanks we appreciate it.

Went there last night for the 1st time since the remodel. Didn't like the kiosk ordering only. It was hard to edit your food, and the system didn't text me my receipt. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience.

Staff was cool every time I picked up a DoorDash order. Otherwise it’s just like every other Taco Bell, so you know what your gastrointestinal system is in for if you choose to eat here. One just has to way whether or not a chalupa and Baja Blast are worth the risk.
